So there has been no update for a while, mostly because I have not played much but the big reason is I have broken my ankle and well the pain comes and goes and I don't like to sit at the computer longer then I have to, currently my leg won't let me sleep, but I did sleep from like 7-10 tonight, pretty much have to sleep when the leg lets me... When I have been playing poker things are going good, not running too good but I have been winning and still staying around the $30/hour win rate... I have now played over 100 hours as well, hoping to play another 100 hours just over the Christmas break... I do need to get a new lap top though will make it easier to play on the road and when away from home...

I won't go much into the broken ankle but am very grateful for Search and Rescue, my friends that as I felt saved my life and my parents, my Mother for running to PG to save her son, and my Father for sitting at home knowing that he couldn't do anything, that could have been the worst job of it all... It was a life changing experience and I do no wish anyone to ever go through something like that, it was a very emotional, it was more then just a broken ankle, it's not like there was an ambulance just down the block...

Dont feel like writting much, put in over 50 games today in 5 hours, ran like SHIT but still had a winning record... 31-24

Nov 29th

Well I am going to try to make a longer post right now, even post a few hands...

First about the weekend, it was good but tiring for sure, the drive on Friday night almost killed the us the next day our eyes were burning, going on about 15mins of sleep... We never saw anything really big, but the weather really was a factor, the deer were just not moving, the trees still held so much food they did not need to go look for it, it's time to start looking for a different method to hunt, I am thinking about getting some baits started on back home and setting up some ground blinds... Looking forward to this weekend because we are headed back to the mountains again!! Going to give it a little harder this weekend, I took it pretty easy last trip out...

Ok on to Poker, I went 9-3 tonight. Should have been 10-2 one really sick hand played out, he caught a 2 outer after the flop, here is the hand... never mind no hands... since I got a new computer I forgot to select record hands... Anyway I had KQ flop K98 all diamonds, he bets I raise all in he calls with 10 J NO DIAMONDS!! I have the Q of diamonds... so he has 2 cards to catch... and the Q hearts come on the river.. so sick hehe.. That would have ended the match...

Other then that I ran KK into AA once, but that's going to happen after 18,000 hands... Still nothing wrong with 9-3 just over 2 hours or work..... The players have still been pretty weak, I played one guy with some good stats today but he was not much of a match... Not to be cocky but there is not one person I am really scared to play as long as it's at my level, durrr, ivey, PA bring it on!! haha I will play anyone..

Anyway... maybe I will go watch a movie and clean the house a little.., I am pretty much packed for the weekend already...

Nov 27th

Destroyed the tables today... 17-7! Was playing my best as well, I made a few folds that I normally would not, like top pair, and even bottom 2 pair. Both times that I made those folds I ended up winning both games... Really needed a day like today to really get the confidence going. The rest of the weekend will be a non-poker weekend, going to so some hunting and some drinking!! I'll be back at it on Monday, play a couple of days next week and then next Thursday head to Edmonton for a night and then to Valemount for some more sledding for the weekend!!

Nov 26th

Well I had my biggest losing streak to date... I started off 0-11 and then at one point was 1-13 and then 2-15... I was playing REALLY well and I told myself I am sitting down and not walking away until I was up 2 games, I was SOO happy with the way I handled the streak and the bad beats... I ended up 27-25!! The is the biggest session I have put in but not the most time... Playing two tables at once has been a good thing so far... Even though I have a profit of just over $2,000 that does not include the bonuses I have been clearing as well as rakeback... I have now cashed out over $2200. It's been great!! Don't feel like writing anymore time for some Heroes and then bed... I need to get up at a good hour tomorrow and get ready for the weekend of hunting and drinking, we will try to do the 2 things seperate from each other...

Wed Nov 25th

Just played a quick 15 min sessions tonight, played two games at once, two complete fish and took both games down... Pretty much the easiest $60's I have ever made. It is honestly unreal how bad some of these people are. What I do not understand is where does the money come from? One guy has lost over $30,000 in 2,000 games, you think it might be time to find a new hobby? I will never tell any of these people that they suck, whenever they type something in the chat box it's better to just tell then ya I got lucky or really tough break... NEVER let someone know that they suck at Poker unless they are your friend and you don't want to take their money. But these strangers that are going to give their money away, I will be there to help to find a home for it. I can put it to good use... Anyway, work tomorrow and looks like I will have Friday off, so I will put in a SUPER long sessions between tomorrow after work and Friday before hunting... I am thinking like a 10-12 hour session, of course there will be some breaks in between...

My graph is starting to climb again and I am keeping my win rate around the $30/hr... I know a lot of people that would kill to have the money I make in part time work as their full time job... If they ever make Online Poker legal in the states, you could really make some good money doing this...

The fish were out in Full Force last night and I took good advantage of it, there was NOT one person who showed themselves as a winning player on Sharkscope. I ended up 9-3. I didn't play a lot of games, we fooled around in some MTT's as well, and I got too bored in one that I was starting to make it deeper into and pretty much bluffed all my chips away. I didn't really care to much haha... I only grinded for a few hours, I am hoping to put in a few hours tonight and then we might have Friday off due to holidays in the USA so I am hoping to put in a few hours there before we leave for the weekend to go hunting... I know these posts have been short and boring but I have NO time for anything right now, these last 5 weeks have gone by faster then you can imagine, and it looks like I will not be slowing down for at least the next two weekends...
